Created and performed by Murray Wason

Since Isaac Asimov defined the story of the robot in the 1950s, humans have been re-imagining the future and shaping technology in our own images. In this new solo piece, Murray’s newly invented automatons will attempt to examine the flesh/synthetic relationship of the human body and to get inside the mind of the machines. Do they have the edge? What can we not yet recreate?

Murray Wason makes solo performances based around notions of masculinity and usually involving elements of ritual, high-energy physical action, original texts and pieces of film.
